About Mr. Davis

Marlon Davis began his career with Teach For America New Jersey as part of the 1994 Corps. After earning his M.Ed. from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education, he became a public school principal and Executive Director of a charter school, leading two school turnarounds by listening to student voices, engaging families, and using data to improve teaching and learning. Marlon is also a seasoned leadership coach and teacher trainer, and is a founding team member of Validated Learning Co., where he serves as Director of School Engagements.
