Xchange Terms of Service
The Question Xchange and its related services are all about creating a free resource for teachers through the sharing of knowledge. When you use Xchange you may decide to write a question or make a version of a question you find in the Question Xchange, written by another teacher. In order to allow other teachers to use what you share and not catch them by surprise in the future, we need to be sure they are able to continue to use what you shared, next year, and maybe even for many years. Also, in order to provide all communities with the benefits of Question Xchange, we need to be able to allow other quizzing tools (like Moodle) to use the questions in the Question Xchange. For these reasons and others, we need to include the following terms of service (in addition to our other Terms of Service):
BY USING OUR SERVICES, AND SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, YOU GRANT QUICK KEY A PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE WORLD-WIDE RIGHT TO USE, HOST, SHARE, AND DISTRIBUTE ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, KNOWLEDGE, IMAGES, WORDS, NUMBERS AND DRAWINGS UPLOADED, TYPED, OR OTHERWISE GENERATED IN ANY MANNER DURING YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND WITHIN YOUR USER ACCOUNT.
