Quick Key Pro is a recurring subscription (either Annual or Monthly) that you purchase with your credit card or PayPal account. You can cancel this subscription at any time. When you do, your account will be downgraded to a free account, and all of your data will remain intact. 

Here is how to cancel your Quick Key Pro subscription:

There are screenshots below this list of steps to help you navigate the Dashboard and the Account and Licensing page. 

  1. Navigate to www.quickkeyapp.com in your browser, then press “login” in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click “Account & Licensing” in the left-side menu of your dashboard (see screenshot)
  3. Click “Cancel Subscription” in the Account & Licensing page. If you do not see a big red “Cancel” button, then either you personally are not paying for a Quick Key Pro subscription at this time.
  4. That’s it! you are done. If there is no “Cancel” button then you will not receive any future charges from Quick Key.
